Day 4
Apr 19, 2008 11:26:21 GMT -5
Post by Pikminister on Apr 19, 2008 11:26:21 GMT -5
Some information about the land. That brown box with the yellow pellet in it is actualy a hill, you'll have to throw Pikmin up there to get it. But only Yellow pikmin can, it's to high up for any other kind of Pikmin. The Water Dumple is a new species, you'll have to find how much health is has by fighting it. And be careful of the fire, it'll hurt you and your Pikmin unless you have Red Pikmin. A treasure is hidden somewhere, it's been eaten by one of the beasts. Good luck..

Post by Pikminister on Apr 21, 2008 10:18:35 GMT -5
[Er.. not quite. You have to be much more specific. MUCH MORE.]
Example:
Phil lands on the first landing spot, he takes out all three of his Red Leaf Pikmin, then, he commands two of them to carry the nearest yellow Pellet, and waits for them to carry it back to the Onion.
[Check the other days to view some examples on how it's done. It's not just as easy as 1, 2, 3, it takes some time to figure it out. Feel free to just make a new post, rather than edit your old one. And don't forget you can't move a whole lot in one turn. And your Pikmin are a bit slower than you. Check out the databases and stuff and you'll see what I mean.]

[Phil, sorry if you had edited your post. But.. just re-do it, and be specific, like I said.]
[Sonot, you did good. But.. be a TINY bit more specific. Like.. tell me what color pellet it is. So I'm not to confused by what you meant. You did find other than that.]
The three Blue Pikmin easily made it to the two Blue Pellets and back, the lone Pikmin holding the blue pellet was quickly helped by another Blue Pikmin who was standing idely by the Onion.
Four Blue Pikmin went into the ground.
[You can either pick them, or wait a few turns, for they will turn into Flowers.]

(Okay sorry) Phil parked his ship on Landing stop one, after hopping out of his onion he walks under the onion and calls out his three red pikmin with a short whistle blast he begins walking them to the yellow pellet. Phil throws a pikmin at the yellow pellet and has it carry the item back to the onion. (Is that better?)

Post by Pikminister on Apr 22, 2008 9:22:47 GMT -5
[You both did a fine job. But Sonot, if you check the Treasure Database, it'll tell you how many Pikmin are needed to carry the acorn. So the next time you can say, "I put five blue Pikmin on the acorn". And once you get more Flower Pikmin, you'll have to tell me if you command your flower, or leaf Pikmin to carry objects.] [Now Phil, you did fine. You could've told me that you wanted the nearest yellow pellet. But.. I understood what you meant. Keep up the good work.] Eight of Lenny's fifteen Blue Pikmin began to slowly carry the Acorn back to his ship. They're all Blue Leaf Pikmin. Seven Blue Pikmin stand by Lenny's side, ready for orders. Six of Leaf Pikmin, and one is a Flower. The Acorn is halfway between the water, and Lenny's ship. - Phil's Red Pikmin easily carries the yellow pellet back to the ship, creating one new Red Pikmin. Phil can either leave it in the ground and wait for it to turn into a Flower Pikmin, or simply pluck it out. Lenny's Oxygen: 72% - 65% Phil's Oxygen: 100% - 93%
