Before you start playing you need to fill out this form, and then you'll be all set.
The way you fill out this form, will determine which Pikmin color you'll start out with. And Red, Blue, and Yellow, may not be the only colors you can start out with..

Nose Color: (I know it sounds weird, but pick any color you want)
Skin Color: (White, Whitish Tan, Tan, Tanish Black, or Black)
Orb Color: (The little orb ontop of your helmet, pick any color you want)

Bio: *Optional*
Ship's Name:
Ship's Colors:
Ship's Ability: (Pick one of the following three..)
1. Heat Armour: Allows the Ship to withstand hot temperatures.
2. Ice Armour: Allows the Ship to withstand cold temperatures.
3. Wind Armour: Allows the Ship to withstand strong winds.
And here are the stats that every captain starts out with, you don't have to fill this out, it's just for you to look at. You can buy more special abilites at a shop.
Health: 5
Attack: 1 (You can only punch something once per turn)
Speed: 1.5 [How far you can run per turn]
Throwing Level: 1 -
The first Pikmin you throw will do an extra 1 damage to your target.
You can only throw 15 Pikmin per turn.
Accuracy Level: 1 -
If your far away from your target, you'll be less likely to get Pikmin onto it.
Whistle Level: 1 -
You can only call back Pikmin from short distances.
Oxygen Level: 100% -
That's how much oxygen you contain, the more Oxygen you have, the longer you can stay in an area.
Ship's Health: 12 -
Once the Ship runs out of Health, it'll send off it's emergency sheild which will last for 1 turn, and the Captain will be forced to come back to the ship, whether he has all his Pikmin or not.
Ship Space Level: 1 -
This is how many creatures the Ship can carry. At this level, the ship can only carry small creatures, it can't carry any large ones like Red Bulborbs, but Dwarf Red Bulborbs are fine.
Ship Healing Level: 1 -
The Ship can heal you, or another Captain. When the Ship heals you, it'll give you back 1 health point, and it'll cure you if your poisoned. It can only heal you once per day.
